Free 45-minute workflow audit — no pitch, no deck

Your team is losing hours to work a machine should be doing.

I'm Jake Simeon. I find the repetitive work buried inside your operation and replace it with AI systems that run without babysitting —

Fifteen years running sales, support, and operations means I design automations around how work actually happens, not how a demo says it should.

The problem

Most teams don't need more people.
They need fewer steps.

The expensive work is rarely the hard work. It's the copying between tabs, the re-typing of the same email, the spreadsheet someone rebuilds every Monday. It's invisible on a P&L and it eats entire salaries.

A real one: inbound customer request

Same job. Two different operations.

What I do

Nine ways I get the hours back.

Every engagement starts with the same question: where is your team spending time on something that has no judgment in it? Then we take that off the table.

Industries

Five industries. One shared problem.

Clinics, law firms, insurance, real estate and auto all run on the same fuel: an enquiry that has to be answered fast, a document that has to be produced, and a follow-up nobody remembers. That is exactly what automation is good at — and exactly where a human still has to stay in the loop.

57%

of US work hours could be automated with technology that already exists today. Not a forecast about jobs — a measure of how much of the working day is mechanical.

more likely to qualify a lead by responding within five minutes instead of thirty. Most inbound leads aren't lost to competitors. They're lost to delay.

How it works

Four steps. No six-month roadmaps.

You should see something working inside the first two weeks. If an engagement can't produce that, it's the wrong engagement.

01

Map the work

I sit with your team and trace what actually happens, step by step, including the parts nobody documented. We time it.

Week 1
02

Pick the win

You get a ranked list of every automatable step scored by hours saved against effort to build. We start with the boring, obvious one.

Week 1
03

Build it small

A working version of the top workflow, running on your real data, in your real tools. Narrow on purpose so it can be trusted.

Weeks 2–4
04

Hand it over

Documentation, a loom, and a session with the people who'll run it. You own it outright. No lock-in, no monthly hostage fee.

Working together

Three ways in, starting with free.

Scope varies with complexity. Every number below is a starting range, confirmed in writing before anything begins.

Workflow Audit

Free · 45 minutes

A working session where we map one process end to end and I tell you, honestly, whether AI is even the right answer for it.

  • One process mapped step by step
  • Rough hours-per-month currently spent
  • A ranked shortlist of what to automate first
  • A written summary you keep, whether or not we work together

Build Sprint

Fixed fee · 2–4 weeks

One high-value workflow, designed, built, tested on your real data, and handed to your team working.

  • Full discovery and process design
  • The automation built and deployed in your stack
  • Testing against live data, with a human checkpoint
  • Documentation, walkthrough video, and team training
  • 30 days of fixes after handover

Fractional AI Ops

Monthly retainer

For teams that keep finding new things to automate and want someone accountable for the whole system, not one project.

  • A standing block of build hours each month
  • Maintenance and monitoring of what's already live
  • New workflows shipped continuously
  • Team enablement and internal AI guidelines
  • Direct line for questions, no ticket queue

Who you'd be working with

A builder who ran operations first, not the other way round.

I build the things on this page myself. Not wired together in a no-code tool — written. A live Messenger SaaS on Node and Express. A cross-platform Electron app running a real-time audio pipeline into streaming LLM output. Python scrapers that end in formatted workbooks. Full-stack, end to end, solo.

What I'm not is someone who arrived at this from a computer science degree. I spent fifteen years running sales, support, and operations — selling SaaS into regulated healthcare and legal buyers, managing distributed teams across time zones, owning delivery for hundreds of contributors. Every one of those roles carried the same tax: hours of work that produced nothing but a record that work happened.

That's the combination you're hiring. I know what happens when an automation quietly fails on a Friday, because I've been the one explaining it to a customer on Monday. So I build with human checkpoints where judgment matters, guardrails where the model can't be trusted, and honest limits instead of a demo that falls over in week three.

I work with startups who need leverage before they can afford headcount, and small businesses where the owner is still personally doing three jobs. Based in the Philippines, working US hours.
